CALL FOR DANCERS

Outervision is a dancefestival in Greenland that focuses on exchange between dancers and cultural participants within the Nordic countries to strengthen and develop relations between the countries and the Greenlandic dance scene.

Outervision is seeking professional allround dancers with residency in the Nordic countries. The dancers will participate in the making of the dance piece “Evoke”, teach workshops to children and youth and participate in masterclasses in Greenland. The chosen dancers will be working together with two Greenlandic dancers and a Greenlandic artistic director in the creation of the piece “Evoke”. The piece will be shown during the week of the festival in the capital of Greenland, Nuuk and tour on the coast of Greenland.

Time schedule:

Rehearsal period in Nuuk, for ”Evoke”: Sep. 17th – Oct. 7th

Festival week in Nuuk (performances, masterclasses and workshops): Oct. 8Th – 14th

Tour in Greenland (performances and workshops): Oct. 15th – Nov. 4^th
