Purchase conditions

Always buy your tickets directly from Katuaq, unless otherwise instructed by Katuaq.

Katuaq does not assume responsibility for the validity of tickets that may have been purchased outside of Katuaq and the organiser's official sales channels and locations. This way you get your tickets at the right price and you are sure of the validity of the tickets.


Refund and cancellation of event tickets

Purchased tickets can be refunded no later than 48 hours before the event. Fees are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the ticket will be refunded incl. fees. Tickets are always refunded to the ticket buyer in such cases. Seats can be changed for a fee of DKK 10. The ticket fee is DKK 10 of the total amount of the ticket.


Concert, theater and other:

Tickets can be refunded up to 48 hours before the event.

Fees are non-refundable. Ticket fee DKK 10.

Cinema tickets

Cinema tickets can be refunded before the film begins. Fees are non-refundable. In the event of technical challenges that make it impossible to show films or if the authorities advise against outdoor traffic due to unforeseeable circumstances, tickets will be refunded incl. fees or be rebooked for the next possible film screening. Seats can be changed for a fee of DKK 10. The ticket fee is DKK 10 of the total amount of the ticket.


Movie theater:

Cinema tickets can be refunded before the film begins. Seats can be changed for a fee. Ticket fee DKK 10.

 

Censury-rules

When a movie is forbidden for children under 11 or 15 years of age, the children can enter with an adult.
