5 star conference centre

Katuaq's premises are spacious and flexible, which makes it possible to arrange small meetings or very large conferences, with up to 508 participants. All premises can be prepared according to the needs and wishes of the customer. Katuaq has its own technical staff with extensive experience in sound, lighting and transmissions via video and telephone.
All rooms are as a standard equipped with a projector, screen and whiteboard, and at the start of all conferences the room is set up with ice water and folders with note paper, at no extra charge. Katuaq makes a great deal of the front staff's service to guests. The staff is therefore ready to receive guests from all over the world always with a smile and the friendliness that the staff is known for.

Conference Package

Are you hosting a meeting or small conference, we recommend the conference package. This solutions costs 595 DKK per person, regardless of which conference room you book. This solution contains:

  • Conference room rent incl. WiFi
  • Catering: Coffee, tea, iced water ad libitum, Bread w/cold cuts, Snacks, Cake/fruit & Lunch (Tapas or menu order if you are under 20 people)

Are you hosting larger conferences or various celebrations or events, we recommend the custom solution, where you choose conference rooms and add-ons specifically according to your conference's needs and wishes, regardless of the number of participants.

Technical support

The Technical Department are responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of all our technical equipment, so that plays, concerts, meetings, talks and conferences give the audience the experience they expect. In addition to providing technical assistance at our events, the Maintenance Department are also responsible for maintaining the building and our IT systems and for cleaning.
