Northern Lights Program

This year at Nuuk International Film Festival, our Northern Lights program, in collaboration with the Arctic Indigenous Film Fund, highlights powerful Arctic stories. We are honored to present the Witness short documentary series about climate change - told from the perspective of young Indigenous filmmakers in the Arctic - along with two episodes of the upcoming comedy TV-series from Sámi, A Sámi Wedding, celebrating Indigenous culture, 

storytelling, and humor.
