Programme
Nuuk International Film Festival takes place from September 16–19, 2026, presenting a program of feature films, documentaries, and short films that rarely reach Greenlandic cinemas.
The festival puts a special focus on Greenlandic, Indigenous, and Arctic stories, while allowing audiences to experience powerful and original perspectives from international cinema.
In addition to film screenings, the festival offers Q&As with filmmakers, panel discussions, industry events, world premieres, and special events. Here, audiences and local filmmakers come together around film, new perspectives, and a strong sense of community.
