The ingredients will be prepared both indoors and outdoors by dedicated workshop participants, guided by three experienced Nordic chefs who are collaborating with students from INUILI.
The chefs are Gutti Winther from the Faroe Islands, Inunnguaq Hegelund from Greenland, and Viktor Eriksson from Åland.
Nordic Day is celebrated every year on March 23, marking the world’s oldest regional political cooperation – the Nordic collaboration between Greenland, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, the Faroe Islands, Denmark, and Åland.
