The dance and theatre performance Speech/less enjoys a succesful coastal tour

Katuaq is pleased to announce that the dance and theatre performance “Speech/less” on its Greenland tour, presented by AVIAJA Dance in collaboration with Katuaq and Dansehallerne, has been a great success.

During October and November, Speech/less, supported by funding from the Danish Pools and Lottery Funds (Pulje C) and in cooperation with Katuaq and Dansehallerne, toured the following towns and settlements:

• Kulusuk
• Tasiilaq
• Nuuk
• Kapisillit
• Maniitsoq

In all of these locations, the performances and workshops were very well received by both audiences and participants. In total, 460 guests attended the open performances and workshops.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our partners on the Speech/less tour. Special thanks go to AVIAJA Dance, Dansehallerne, Taseralik, Suialaa Arts Festival, Kommuneqarfik Sermersooq, Princess Margrethe’s Children’s Home in Tasiilaq, Kapisillit Atuarfiat, Atuarfik Kilaaseeraq in Maniitsoq, and many others.
